Due to the pandemic, we’re kicking off our Fall 2020 season with Do-It-Yourself (DIY) orienteering events instead of our traditional ones. The new format will follow state and local regulations, adhere to guidance from Orienteering USA, our sport’s national governing body, and hopefully, protect the health of participants and organizers. TJOC 2020 is cancelled
We’re sorry to announce that Texas Junior Orienteering Camp is cancelled for this year. It’s not a surprise, as many group events in 2020 must be rescheduled due to the coronavirus, but of course we’re all disappointed. We’re looking toward next year, though! Reserve these dates for TJOC 2021: June 6-11, 2021. WE’LL BE BACK!
Postponed: Tyler State Park Event
Based on Orienteering USA’s position on COVID-19 and NTOA’s own desire to keep orienteers safe, we are postponing our April 18 event at Tyler State Park indefinitely.
