Lodging and meal reservations are currently being accepted for
the NTOA orienteering event at All Saints Camp and Conference Center, forms are available below.
Meal plans will be available only through advance purchase by Friday, November 6th.
Space can be reserved only with full payment from individuals or deposit of $200 for group
reservations. Full amount (minus a $15 office/paperwork charge) will be refunded if
cancellation received by Friday, November 6th and empty space is filled. No refunds or
cancellation after Friday, November 6th. Any refunds due will be refunded after the O-meet.
Group deposits will be applied to the total bill.
Details on the Cabins available at All Saints Camp
Please take note that:
For those of you not familar with the cabins, here is some additional
detail. These cabins offer a mix of private rooms and dormitories. Each buiding contains 2 completely seperate
lodging facilities (called a 1/2 cabin in the lodging and meals form) and a common area.
See the Cabin floor plan documents for more information. Questions concerning what arrangement is best for your
group should be directed to the All Saints Camp staff.
Meal Options
All Saints Camp will NOT be providing any meals if there is enough demand for meals.
Snacks and sodas will be sold through out the event.
Reservations
All lodging and meals reservations should be made directly with the All Saints Camp.
Similarly, all questions concerning amenities should be directed to the All Saints camp staff
